Seems like Buckethead and Brain are doing some shows with Praxis.
Who thinks this could mean anything regarding GN'R?
Personally, I do not know what to think of it really.

Yeah he's also doing some in-store signings in California, a couple of gigs in New Orleans this week, some Colorado gigs, Bonnaroo Festival, and the Fuji Rock Festival in Japan
--it's very exciting!
hmmmm....maybe this should be in the Ex-Gunners section....

Buck and Brain were VERY good friends long before GNR and will be so long after. The fact that Buck and Brain are doing solo-gigs together indicates that there is a big possibility that Brain has left too.
Brain would only stay with GNR if Buckethead and Axl are on speaking terms and have some sort of a normal relationship (in a non-gay-way
). If the relationship between Axl and Buck is so screwed up that Axl will bash Buckethead in future concerts, Brain would leave in an instant.
It would be nonsense for Brain to be touring with Buckethead and sitting behind the drums of GNR when Axl is calling his friend all sorts of names and qualifications. Both parties would be offended (Buck because Brain remains loyal to Axl, and Axl because Brain still works with Buck).
In the end Brain would always choose for Buckethead over Axl.

I don't buy the whole "if Buckethead left, Brain will leave too because BH is his friend" thing.
Izzy left his friend from Indiana in 1991......
I hope these adults can be in a band and be able to be friends with an ex-member.

no it doesnt.. you just said they were VERY good friends long before GnR and will be so long after.

How do you know this? you have spoken to Brain?

Do you know that the relationship is so screwed up that Axl would bash Buckethead in future concerts? Dont you think that Axl Rose has enough respect for Brain to refrain from such comments about his friend?

How so? How would it be nonsense? Brain is not allowed to have more than one friend? Axl has called Buck any names??? No...your talking out ur ass...

Why Brain cant have more than one friend??
Brain can think for himself... he is not Bucks hand puppet and i dont think that a grown man like Brain has a "monkey see, Monkey do" attitude...
The fact that he still works with both members is actually good as Brain could possibly persuade Buck to come back to the GnR camp if Axl would take him back...

I just do... I may not know a lot about GNR (the old-lineup), but I sure do about Buck and Brain. It's very simple... Axl would never be happy in a situation where he absolutely hates Buckethead but having no problem with Brain working for him. Buckethead would not be so happy to be working with Brain when the leadsinger of another band where Brain plays in (Axl) is calling Buckethead all sorts of names..

Did you read the so called pressrelease? Axl was accuisng Buck of only using GNR for personal interests. Brain would never stick with Axl if Axl keeps saying such shit.

But above you said that Buckethead and Brain were friends before GnR and will be after GnR... So you think that Buck would not be friends with Brain because of another band that Brain plays in and Buck didnt want to be a part of anymore??

Yeah say about me whatever you want, but I was the one who told you 2,5 moths ago that Buckethead would leave GNR. I guess I was talking out of my ass then too.
I have been on these boards for quite some time now, I don't post a lot, but in the past I have always shown to have quite good information on Buckethead.
Whether Brain will stay in GNR depends on the ability of Axl to ease up a little bit on Buckethead-situation.

Yeah it's a big secret that Axl really isn't to happy about people in his band seeing things different from him.
I said that I did'nt no much about bthe old-lineup, I know everything there is to know about the new (Axl is in it too, right?)

No, I'm saying that Buck would not be happy in a situation where his best friend is still playing in a band of which the leadsinger keeps lashing out at him (if Buckethead gets the same treatment slash got, Axl: he's in my ass, blablabla)

There haven't been many times I was wrong on any topic about them.

Yeah but you won't be able to do that until after you have forked out the money (Buckethead will thank you for that) to get in there in the first place...Thanks
