Sort of a silly GNR coinki-dink on SNL tonight

The musical guest on Saturday Night Live tonight was some old reggae band (that featured Ben Harper for some reason).  Anyway, so I read the description before the show and it said that the performance featured Buckethead's buddy and recording pal, Bootsy Collins.  I missed the second song, but I assume that's where Bootsy was.  However, the first song was the band performing the tune "Pressure Drop" which, as you may recall was awsomely covered on the first Izzy Stradlin and the Ju Ju Hounds album.

man, when i hear something GNR releated i freak out if its unexpected...

once i heard the first song from Snakepit V.1 in a silly childish cartoon about a dog chsing a butterfly.. or something....

everyone around me just sat there, i was like freaked out!
