Axl's Chinese Democracy Comments in the RIR 4 Press Release

I was so excited when I read that they would be announce a release date for Chinese Democracy in the next few months.  But then something happened... Reality stepped in.  I remembered there have been countless release dates and he has been saying "in the next few months" for almost 10 years.  I really want to believe him this time.  What do you guys think?  Do you think he will release it finally or is he still feeding us Bull to keep us excited and anticipated about the album?

Oh and as for the Buckethead thing, I say good riddance.  Since Axl is on friendly speaking terms with Slash and Duff again since the Greatest Hits ordeal, have him come in an record a little as a guest apperance on the album.  That would be sweet but not likly to happen.

Friendly terms? It was lawyers, not Axl, not Slash. And yes, the album WILL be out this year, no doubt about it.

yeah, Axl has never said anything time specific before. he's actually been pretty open about saying things like "i don't know if soon is the word." all he's promised is that we will see it... now, he says they hope to have a release date in a few months. it's progress. i think we'll see it later this year.

My Bad, I thought that I heard Axl had said stuff about the album being out before. Sorry.  I hope the album comes out though.

Does anyone have the studio recording of Slither by Velvet Revolver?  I have the one from the radio but cant put it on a CD because of the file's format.
