We don't own Guns N' Roses, Axl does. What kind of right do we have to tell him what to do with his band and album really? As far as I'm concerned, he can take all the time he wants and needs to do his music till he feels satisfied with it. It's just so funny how fans think they can tell the bands what they can and can't do, such as not to change their musical style or cut their hair or wear certain clothes. It's not like that you have put any money on CD, now is it? Geffen has, and they're really the only ones besides Axl to have some say on this. Oh well, that again depends on how much time did they promise for Axl with this album, seems like they gave him no limits at all, so.. :p

God Is Dead that is a brilliand idea. a support letter from the true fans. i dunno about anyone else. i bought a ticket and was trully hopping to see them, but now everyone is taking shit about Axl for ditching the gig, i'm only more fueled up and hopeful that CHINESE DEMOCRACY will shut everyone up. i have a very strong belief in Axl and i think he had lots of balls coming out and taking the blame for buckethead's fuck up. i'm all for Axl. and i'd really like to show him my support for the band. so yes, this letter is a great idea! count me in!

It is kind of a good idea.

Reading some old interviews, it seems that nothing mattes to Axl until it's said IN THE PRESS.  He was always real big on people PUBLICLY apologizing to him.  So using the press in a POSITIVE way to bring him out of his lair might not be a bad idea.

It is his band, and he can do with it whatever he wants.  But his story and his music have touched a lot of people, been a part of many lives, and their opinions are therefore valid, aren't they?

Or maybe it's not up to us at all and we just have to be patient.
