does Axl has a contract with geffen?

im asking this , because im now for the first time in years really thinking that the new album wont be out , i dont make this topic for disscus that , everyone has their opinion about the cd , but my question is , if Geffen has put money in the new cd like thay have , then Axl has to give them the new album if not he can be sued no? so its not really in Axl hands to not release the cd. he has a contract i think , anyone has an idea of what the implications of the contract are?

if it's true that geffen has put like 13,5 million dollars into this "monstrosity", i bet they have some kind of contract  

the problem comes when Axl tells them that there aren't going to be any chinese democrasy, ever, that's when he's going to be fucked. if he does that, i wonder if he has the capabillity to pay geffen back...

this whole gn'r is really turning into a fucking sircus...
