The Who were one of the greatest bands in the world in my opinion and I think one thing that was so great about them was that each member's style of performing was so unique that they became irreplaceable. Yet I question The Who replacing Moon after his death. I've heard mixed things about Kenney Jones performing live and I just want to know what others think: should they have quit after Keith Moon died?

i most definately believe the who should have kept on truckin' after keith moons death. as tragic as it was they have since then without a doubt released some of the most impressive straight up rock n' roll tunes in aloooooong time. I got a chance to see them for the first time at the ACC in Toronto over a year ago and i tellya, easily one of the best shows ever... yes

If you look at the music they created I have to say the most influencal and important members of THE WHO were and are Daltry and Townsend, and they delivered some great music albums and if they actually stuck it out I am sure they would of made some decent 80's albums. I have seen a few of the new DVDs where they have Ringo's Son playing drums for them (Zack Starkay) and they sound great live. I am hoping they tour the states again so I can see the one time.
