It's been so long...getting 20 seconds worth of clips for GnR fans is like any other fanbase getting an album.

The blues sounds really great, but I would not recognise it to be the blues if someone didnt say so. In fact, how do you know its the blues, i can't match the part he is singing there to the live version.

It's the ending part, right after "what I thought was beautiful is only memories...".   ok
BTW, Booker, I guess you're the only one to think the "questionable origin is laughable". It's pretty obvious it's studio. Just try to listen to CD riff. There's a part without any other noise, or even any crowd or band noise. Everyone with good ears can confirm that.  yes

To really listen to it very carrefully and to really hear all the details of each songs you have to listen to it with a very loud sound because they are very short extracts. Put a super-volume and you will see that the whole production is impressive. Do it, put the volume very loud and you'll realize that it is a fantastic studio work.

The two short cuts of "Madagascar" totally blow Shocked me away everytime I hear them!!! Axl?s voice and the forcing sound! So "deep" and so coooooool!!  smoking

I remember myself hearing this over ten times in a row to listen to that "song" (even if it?s only 3 or 4 seconds long). Eveytime I?m "wwwwhhhhhooooooaaaaaaa!!!".

Believe this will be one of GN?R greatest songs ever.  And it just came in my mind that one dude mentioned in that forum that Axl was saying: "Those are only B-sides."  Shocked Shocked Shocked (don?t know if it?s true).

yes. The Studio version of Madagascar seems to be fantastic indeed. We hear only 3 or 4 seconds of the song but it's enought to hear the global vibe, the global production and the global sound. There is a lot of work behind that. A LOT OF WORK. Once again, I repeat myself but the production seems to be massively impressive.

I'll tell you what has Axl achieved.

He drove his fans crazy enough so when they'll listen to a 2 second clip of The Blues or Madagascar they'll go nuts about it.

People, get serious. I've heard this ad before. All you can listen to is 2 maybe 3 seconds of each song.

If you can see an AWESOME production from 3 seconds then maybe you shouldn't be in the music industry cause then every band would send you their best 3 seconds and you'd be signing them a record deal...

Axlgreece, I've never judged the record yet because it hasn't been released yet.
HOWEVER, I can say that the 3 seconds of Madagascar are enought for me to hear lots of things, lots of instruments, lots of ideas. With only 3 seconds you can feel the vibe of a song, you can see the style, you can feel the general production. Well YOU maybe not, but me I can.

Maddie and The Blues parts got me anticipating hearing a final studio version 10 times as much.

Btw, in those questions we sent to Axl we should have asked him if the boston promo clips were studio, and what is his favorite gnr rumor
