so i'm downloading the episodes of that tv show on http://www.suprnova.org/

and it's pretty funny to see all these shits we've grown with.
funny how, us european (french in my case) were raised with the same tv show, movies, tunes, controversy ....
i kinda remember like 80% of the stuff, so funny.
i watched the 90 91 92 93 94 ones, the people that are commenting it are pretty funny, especillay that Micheal Ian Black guy, who is that guy ? actor ? famous ?

well well, the only thing i didnt know were all the scandals you sick americans had, like the girl that cut the penis of her man !!!! geezzz !!

funny funny stuff.
but, in the 90 or 91 show, they don't even talk about axl rose, i mean, come on, tey were famous then, i thought that guns n roses were so big in 90-91-92 , but no, they focus more on ridiculous bands and tv shows ... anyway.

i'm gonna play neverwinter nights - shadow of the undrentide now .
 peace peace peace

I didn't see the show, but my coworker did and said they mentioned Axl and Gn'R in one of the episodes.  Probably the '90 one.

The guy who got his penis cut off by his wife became an ordained minister.. and then a porn star.  Or something like that, I don't remember what happened exactly.

Neverwinter Nights is cool, I only played the original, not the expansion, but I never got that far.  I keep going back to Morrowind.   Grin

Btw, have I ever told you how cool your avatar is?  Wink

I guess what happened in Germany a couple years ago is better: one guy replied to a classified ad where someone asked to basically "cut and eat his penis with someone else". Turned out they did, but the "guest" killed the other guy and ate the rest of his body (or something like that). Sick people are everywhere. nervous

And for that guy (Bobbit right?) you don't remember that? Shocked Did you live in a cave or something?? Grin I mean, come on, I clearly remember seeing that on the french TV news when that happened. And they talked about that for several days. What made me laugh is that the guy got a bigger penis attached to his "old" one and he became a porn star...! hihi

I wish I was old enough to have invested in tech stocks in the 1990's. Knowing me, I would have sold them all in December 1999 because of Y2K fears!  rofl

I love watching old Beavis and Butthead episodes. They have so many old bands I have never heard of. It's funny how no one will be talking about Linkin Park in 10 years, they won't ever know who they are!

i saw almost all of i love the 90's and i dont remember gnr being mentioned.. my guess is they were mentioned in 91 for the st louis riot.. and aside for the illusions albums coming out in 91, in my opinion, the rest of the 90's blew..  Angry

Or how about the guy in europe who put an ad on the internet looking to find someone who wanted to die and then kill the guy and cooked and ate him. And he had 250 responces to his ad of people wanting to be killed and ate.

The actors on the "I lov the 90's" "Celebrities A-Z" and all the other shitty VH1 shows are out of work comedians. Most of them are not famous and all they do is comment on every show, acting like their shit don't stink. I stopped watching VH1 since all it is, is stupid countdown shows.

The 90s were so fucking cool, I really miss those days.  Remember:

The Blur Vs Oasis battle (I was Blur all the way)
Euro 96
Quality Britpop - not like the shite you get now
Shooting Stars
The Brits (remember Jarvis mooning Michael Jackson?) rofl
TFI Friday
Trainspotting!
And, a rave culture growing bigger and bigger right under my nose when I was too young to know about it.

Man, those were some good times.  I'd like to live through it all again now i'm a bit older.  We'd win Euro 96 this time round for sure. beer

You would have made money that way. The tech market dipped in Jan. 2000 and began its crash in March 2000. So you would  have been wise to sell in Dec. 1999. I wish I had known and I would not have lost so much money.....

I was in school in the UK during the mid 90s and remember this too! Trainspotting and the soundtrack was cool.. what was the song.. Born Slippy - Underworld?

Euro 96 was great! Except Southgate's penalty miss? Cry? Gazza's goal was class!
