A lot of bands do that, but for some reason we still choose to talk about Gn'R here.

WHen you play small shows you can only reach small crowds thats why you got to pack the shows in.

On a side note I bet you donuts to dollars he'll get bugged at every show on a question like "When is CD coming out"

I think the thing everyone is missing is this, the fact that the tour ends in early september. There is still hope for 04

no one usually plays that many shows, anyone think he is doin that to get it all in because he knows come november his solo career is over?!!

that is very good news his tour is ending in sept

let me ask u this,

if there was nothin goin on with GNR why would he kill himself to do that many dates in that few of days when he could just space em out?

maybe im readin in between the lines to much but thats a possibility

I was wondering how long it was going to take for someone to over analyze when he was finishing his tour and think that some how correlated to GNR and this ridiculous November thing. How many million times have GNR members done solo stuff in the last couple of years and it has exactly zero to do with their GNR schedule. I mean this is not our first song or dance through this, so I would use it to bolster the November mirage so many are losing their minds over.

Its encouraging to see that his tour ends in September. It atleast leaves plenty of time for a November release, if that is the plan.....We should still remain cautiously optimistic with this but Im sure as his tour goes on we might find out a lil more.

Cant wait to get his album, I was going to order it on Amazon so I could listen to it but I have decided to wait till next tues.....SHould be a cool album...

exactly naupis, they have toured but theyve never did anything as incredible as 20 shows in 22 days, thats unreal, why would u do that grueling schedule with no days off unless its the only way u could get it all in?

i think that makes alot of sense!

My point is they have never toured around GNR because there has never been a need and now is no different. he is playing a ton of shows in a row to capitalize off what little publicity he is going to get for his album. Barely anyone is going to know its coming out anyway as most of the world barely knows he's in GNR (which is really sad after like 6 years) because they have never released any music and I think he will use what little pub he gets to exploit it right away before it is totally forgotten about.

If thinking it is GNR related lets you sleep better at night more power to you. Just no being disappointed when November comes and goes with nothing and we are left wondering why VH1 would have said that if CD really didn't start now.

Tommy has a lot more fans than you think. He is a punk icon and legend. Theres a whole other world out there other than the GNr fan who barely knew about him prior to GNR.

Naupis,

Take your legal verbose and shove it please. rant

Instead of contributing everything that Tommy does to GN'R and Chinese Democracy, can't you for once be proud of him for HIS accomplishments? Roll Eyes

Stop being a double talkin' jive mofo and get a life.  You as well as anyone else on here have no fucking clue what is going on in the world of GN'R. rant
