Everybody seems to forget how badass Axl actually is.  Everybody thinks that because he is older and not showing his face, he is somehow depressed, incapable, or on the verge of failing etc.  The truth is, that Axl is Axl.  A badassed motherfucker that hasn't changed.  Just remember that.  Go read his interviews to refresh your prespective.

When it gets to the point where one of 'GN'R's' guitar players goes to see a VR show, you know he's in desperate need of seeing a decent show. VR is a decent show. NuGNR have had a checkered history already, and for any band that hasn't even released new material that's not a good sign.

Axl used to be a bad ass IMO. But now he is a middle aged rocker (nothing wrong with that) that hasn't released any material or done much of anything. Yea...real badass!  

When he performed in his last tour he was "kick ass", but I wouldn't say "Bad ass".

I have wasted enough time with this anyway....

I think he has been threated unfair by alot of people...(Even in the Old days)  

For some years ago, people said that Axl was a bloated, bitter, old man, but see -he proved that everybody was wrong when he kicked ass under the Concerts in 2001/02..

Now, some people say that Chinese Democracy NEVER will come out...
I think Axl will prove that they are wrong again!

What "verge of failing"?  As far as I'm concerned Axl HAS failed with this new project so far.  He can't show up for concerts, he can't keep musicians in the band, and most importantly he HASN'T RELEASED ANY MUSIC.  Ouch, Axl is really bad ass.  I guess Axl is too busy "keepin' it real" to bother releasing the CD he's been teasing people with since "Chinese Democracy Starts Now!" was first unveiled.

Also, why would you feel that now is the time to point out that Axl is still at the top of his game despite not showing his face since he bailed on 20,000 people?

Sure Chinese Democracy may come out... but not any time soon, and by the time it does, it's likely that no one will care anymore.

"People" stopped caring a long time ago.  It's us die-hard GN'R fans who will never give up.  And if the album is as good as we hope it is, all the "people" will come right back out of the closet and try to stand right there with us and claim they were there all along.
