I am a bit confused by the story as I attended the 92 show at the Coliseum and Guns played last, not Metallica (at least that is how I remember it, I was 11). How did they make it in time for 'tallica but not in time to see GnR?
I vividly remember the tour and the 2 shows that I went to; Rose Bowl and LA Coliseum. FNM and Motorhead opened those shows and there was so much traffic that I essentially missed the opener for both shows. Perhaps they thought it was GnR that went on first and missed them? More likely, they were stoned/drunk out of their minds and don't remember clearly.
