I'd love to hear Axl sing Love Me Like A Reptile.  He's got the just right amount of snarling venom to tear that one up.

well, if all the rumors of a reunion are true, I'd love to hear his spin on VR stuff, just as much as I'd love to see Slash do his spin on some of the CD stuff.

No. It makes no sense. I don't know why people insist on merging these two worlds. VR has as much to do with GNR as Papa Johns Pizza.

Axl owes nothing to Scott Weiland. Weiland was very vocal and trashed Axl in many interviews. By the way, I liked Weiland in STP a lot. Didn't care much for VR.

If GN'R are reuniting, then anything is possible. It was sad to see Weiland and Lemmy go this year, Lemmy I grew up with (with his music), and I know people who knew Weiland when he was a kid. They said he was popular in school
