What do you think about the fact that Duff is playing the songs from Chinese Democracy too?

In my opinion it''s nothing but a great gesture and shows that he doesn't ignore this part in the history from GN'R.

Duff is cool, plain and simple. Not a matter of gestures or histories.
He was in 31 different bands before Guns and in about the same amount after he left.
He would play with everyone everywhere.

He was also kind and talkative up close.  Smiley

I think he's just looking at is as part of the gig.

I don't see it as some stamp of approval on the material since he left the band.

True, I think he is a good guy, helping out some fellow musicians and learning enough songs to properly work this gig.

Duff's a good guy. Don't make this into some political thing.

The KISS "Reunion" tours were getting stale w/o songs from the 80-90's catalog..

Looks like he's havin' a good time with the guys.  And he's gotta be digging South America. The rock fans down there are like no other in the world with how much enthusiasm and the numbers that go to these shows.

I think he's a good guy. He didn't talk a bunch of smack in his book, just kinda laid out the facts that everyone had their own parts to play is the dissolution of the old band.

Besides, he's a 6'3" martial arts training motha fucka and would kick my ass if I said anything different.

Assuming of course he reads this forum, knows my real name [Pit Baconslash] and we happened to encounter each other on the street.

Nah, he'd probably still be cool.
