Something I picked up at a record store in Kuala Lumpur.

There's no sign of the original artwork or the alternative skull cross artwork anywhere in the booklet...

Not sure to tell you the truth. There are a few bootlegs including a 2 disc Greatest Hits that has the Geffen label and all the other stuff and it looks legit, yet it's a bootleg.

Maybe someone else here knows?

Just out of interest whats the track listing of the 2cd Greatest Hits? Where can you get it?

I've seen it at a record store I like to check out when out of town, called the Exclusive Company (I'm from Wisconsin). Here is a link to one on eBay. It looks just like an official item, has the Geffen label, Black Frog, and all the other stuff.

I thought Gilbyfan may have been speaking of a bootleg cd. I never even knew they had plans for a Greatest Hits vol 2. Troccoli are there any promos or something for it?

I'm not sure if its a bootleg or something that just had a short run then got canned. But if you go to cd universe theres a tracklisting. But theres no option to buy. Im pretty sure you can get this somewhere, just not sure precisely where.

Yeah, I've seen that tracklisting at cduniverse too.  I am not aware of any promos or one presses or whatever for it.  But that doesn't mean they don't exist!  Eyes open always
