Never heard of the magazine but it looks like a nostalgia piece to me. I'd say it's interviews with people who were around GNR back in the day, nothing about the current day. But that's just a guess  Undecided

I think it might be about the Tokyo show last December.

This magazine has done pieces about the GN'R shows there in the past as well.
