It's labeled as a regular GN'R show.

I believe five out of the 16 announced shows so far are at festivals.

You're right, there are these five festivals in europe so far:

Clisson, France @ Hellfest
Rho (Milan), Italy @ Arena Fiera Milano (Gods Of Metal Festival)
Dessel, Belgium @ Graspop Metal Meeting
Schwarzlsee, Austria @ See Rock Festival
Sofia, Bulgaria @ Levski National Stadium (Sofia Rocks 2012)

The others are regular GN'R shows.

but Sofia show isn't festival as others...It's more like Paraguay show.On that day only GNR will play with Iggy popo,so this is regular gnr show
