Does anyone even work there? ha.

I placed an order last week, January 1st to be exact. They sent me an email after I processed my order saying they would email me when my order is shipped, and I havent gotten that email or anythin else since. I've called they're customer service line numerous times and no one ever answers, I left a voicemail and they havent returned my phone call. I also emailed them again asking what was going on and no response there either.

I'm just curious if anyone else has had any trouble buying stuff from DJ's store. Sorry if this is the wrong section, but didnt really know where I should post it.
Any help or information to solve this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I ordered 2 very nice tshirts from them right before Christmas and they came within a week.Very nice quality.

someone over at mygnr said it took like 15 days for their order to be shipped out so maybe i just have to be a lil more patient ha.

took 40 days for me to get a t-shirt from them but it finally arrived and its quality is awesome. I live in Argentina, not the closest place to L.A., i know...

A similar thing happened to me a few months ago. I ordered a beanie approx 2 weeks before Thanksgiving hoping it would arrive before my GNR show on Dec 2. I recieved an email that my paypal had been charged when the order was placed. Didn't hear from them for a couple of weeks. Called the customer service number a couple of days before the show to check the status or cancel my order and no one ever answered. Finally got a shipping email a few days after my GNR show and the beanie arrived a few days later. Loved the beanie. Great quality. I just wished it would have shipped faster, but that was totally out of my hands. My advice would be just to stay patient and it should arrive shortly. Hope this helps  Smiley

Well, like it has been said, a lot of the stuff is custom made, so that may take a little time.  But also, Dj is moving his swag to Vegas right now.  So it may also be why the delays are longer at the moment.
