I'm buying tickets for both of these shows (Nashville and Cincinnati) and want the best I can get, but there are no signs of any presale passwords.  Anyone have any info on this?  Thanks.

I'm starting to wonder if Cincinnati will have a pre-sale of any kind.  Neither the venue nor ticketmaster have anything listed other than the Saturday general on sale date.
