Just been watching the Use Your Illusion 2 DVD - the song Knocking On Heavens Door - and notice (during close up shots) that Axl has, what appears to be, a nipple piercing - although I've never seen a photo of this before or whether the design has some significance at all?

Can anyone shed some light on this subject, I mean have I just been blind all these years, or did Axl Rose pierce his left nipple?

It did inspire me to get my nipple pierced though, but the guy who was gonna do it got super stoned so i nixed it.

I personaly answered to this thread because the picture that I posted is probably my fave of Axl.

not sure where it was taken, but I think I remembered it was at le P?re Lachaise, Paris? not sure about that, it was a long time ago.

Wonder where a guy would have gotten such a piercing done back then Huh.  Or...could he have done it himself?  Either way It had to have hurt nervous.

I read a story once about him getting it with Traci Gunns but Traci chickened out. lol
I thought it was funny that this thread was started too but I am guessing the thread starter is a newer fan. As far as I know he still has it.

I thought it was quite sexy on him back in the day, Axl was always ahead of the times, and has always been quite the trend setter.  I haven't noticed it, or even thought to have looked to see if it still exists.

The piercing is probably still a piercing,  he just probably does not wear a jewel or whatever anymore, least that is what I think Tongue.
