why is it worth? is the quality any different?
I tell you i think the shm-cd is probably more worth buying. The quality is great!
The quality is very different, MFSL were highly credited with their mastering process and it shows in this CD, i also have the SHM-CD version, when comparing the two there are differences, it will also depend on what Hi-Fi system your using.
The problem with collecting the MFSL releases is they are all out of print and very easy to copy, so you might think your buying one but it's just some MP3's ripped to a CD.
In terms of quality and price the SHM's are the way to go, i recently got the Led Zep SHM box and the quality blows me away.
In the end the MFSL is very much worth it but only if you know your getting the genuine copy and you have the sound system to bring the quality out.
