Not a huge deal but kind of cool. You can hear it around the 3:24 mark. This was in 2009...don't know if they're still using it.

Didn't the band have some sort of deal with the CFL at some point?

From TSN's website re the 2008 Grey Cup:

"Rock fans can also tune in for a sneak peak of Guns n? Roses highly-anticipated new album, Chinese Democracy. TSN will have exclusive rights to use selected tracks from the album throughout its Grey Cup programming on Grey Cup weekend. The album will be released in Canada on Grey Cup Sunday."
