Women will get back the amount spent on tickets

The Court of Rio Grande do Sul decided to order the production of the rock band Guns N 'Roses and producer T4F because of a delay in the presentation took place last year. The company T4F Entertainment must compensate the Plaintiff's for $ 1300. The value is equal to the price of tickets.

According to the author, who lives in Caxias do Sul, there was a change of venue and delay of five hours to initiate the presentation of the group. She argued that had to travel to Porto Alegre and who could not see the whole show.

The company said the delay is justified "by act of force majeure", since two days before the show in Porto Alegre there was heavy rain in Rio de Janeiro, where a presentation was planned, damaging much of the equipment.

The decision was taken by the Civil Court of Appeals 3rd Class TJ. The information is from the press office of the Court.

Wow - that's crazy that a "fan" would do something like that...

There's always one in every crowd.

The fact that nobody got hurt (or worse) in Rio de Janeiro two days earlier is a miracle.

Imagine leaving a bunch of gear out in the rain over night. Then going to sort through what's left of it the day after, and try to put it all back together for the next show the day after.

That's what GN'R's crew did.

And somebody isn't happy because the show started "late"? I guess this person was unhappy that there was a show... One out of thousands at the show in question..

Amusing.

Some people must just look for an excuse to moan, which is clearly the case here. It might be her persona, and she's probably one of lifes constant complainers.

It's not uncommon for any show to be delayed due to technical issues or whatever. But when you take into account that storm 2 days prior, it's just plain stupid to complain about a few delays.  Roll Eyes

Words fail me sometimes, I can't believe this individuals' attitude.  rant

This is not about moaning but money. Most likely she didn't even come up with this on her own. Some lawyer she knows saw an opportunity here.

Technically speaking she could even be right in this case, who knows. All I'm trying to say is that with all the insurance companies etc, people always lose even when it's a clear case. This time they won and generally speaking it's good news of course.

She's not a fan and she doesn't care about the band, therefore, she wanted her money back. Simple really.
