I'm not disagreeing, BUT most of those 3 million were from the first couple months. Now obviously sales are gonna drop off for any album, but the dropoff for this album has been pretty dramatic as far as I can tell.

ıt has sold 3 million copies worldwide 14th selling album of 2008 (even out at the end of november).. both platinium in US and Canada..ıt has sold more than 1 million copies all over Europe and won the European Platinium Award..ıt has sold more than 150 k in japan..Here are the some certifications below for the album..
