Up for sale/trade I have the 'FOR MOTHERFUCKERS ONLY' 2CD set, released by Buccaneer Records (Italy) in September of 1992.  It features the complete May 29th 1991 show at Deer Creek Music Theatre, Noblesville, IN.  The audio is sourced from the pro shot video.  Case and cd's are in excellent condition.
