I'm man enough to admit I'm watching this with my wife.  I'm rooting for Nikki.  I think she's ready to be a mom to Ty.  Natalie and Lauren may be a little hotter, but they've got some maturity issues imo.

Seriously?  This has been the best Bachelor ever!  The guy proposed to the one chick Melissa...then, 6 weeks later on national tv (things weren't working out) he ended it with her, she gave the ring back...and he confessed he still had feelings for the girl he didn't pick at the end of the show 6 weeks prior!

If you didn't see it, perhaps your spouse did.  I'd love to hear feedback.   yes

The Bachelor?

Nah

Thanks D.  I'm drawn in occasionally to Loser...but I just get so peeved at the terrible advice the trainers give, the endless product placement for completely unnecessary items, and the unfair "get rid of the biggest threat" mentality of it all.  I really wish they just made the game about eliminating the player who has lost the lowest % of weight over the span of the show...not dramatic enough I guess.

Celeb Apprentice is another guilty pleasure.  I'm glad Dice is gone.  Rodman actually made sense.  I'm a big Worm fan.  Best rebounder inch for inch ever!!!  Natalie Gulpthis aint bad to look at either.  yes

Bachelor's normally very pathetic, but this season had a really great bachelor.  Very cool stuff and it showed with much higher ratings this season.

Yeah, I am definitely pulling for Rodman. If he had stood on the corner like Tom Green, He would've been swamped and nobody would've bought cupcakes.

Biggest Loser is inspirational but I agree, the way they switch the game up and the voting process does suck. Last week, a team sent their strongest player home and now they will get picked off one by one cause they kept a dude that can barely walk.

just dumb shit. Some shows don't need drama, the feel good part alone attracts the viewers.

I've never been a fan of The Bachelor and shows like Who wants to marry a millionaire etc.

I like Rock Of Love cause its Bret Micheals and it doesn't take itself too seriously.

that was so classic!

that host (who is awesome, btw) built up the post-show by making it seem like something dramatic was gonna happen. i'm thinking he's full of shit and that they were gonna try to create some fake drama, and i couldn't have been more wrong.

i really liked melissa, and thought the bachelor made the right choice. then he totally fucked her over. molly seems like a phony bitch to me. i was hoping she said no to him at the end, but they deserve each other. can't wait to get the update that they split up too.

melissa is better off. that guy is a divorced tool with a kid. she'll look back and be glad she's free. and it's always good to finish second or thrid. she probably has a ton of fans across the country. it's a tough call on who becomes the next bachlorette.

interesting update...

?Bachelor?s? e-mails with Melissa revealed

Dumped contestant calls his actions ?a complete classless move?
Matt Klitscher / AP

Jason Mesnick selects Melissa Rycroft to propose to on the season finale of "The Bachelor." But in the subsequent "After the Final Rose" special, taped six weeks after Mesnick's proposal, he told Rycroft he was dumping her because he still had feelings for the runner-up, Molly Malaney.

As the fallout from ABC?s surprising ?Bachelor? finale continues, Access Hollywood has uncovered personal e-mails between Jason Mesnick and Melissa Rycroft, Mesnick?s reality show fiancee who he dumped on national TV.

In the first of several e-mails, Rycroft expressed her frustration to Mesnick following the taping of the ?After the Rose? special (taped in mid January), which saw Mesnick break off his engagement with Rycroft and opt for a second chance at love with the previously dumped Molly Malaney.

And while Mesnick?s change of heart might have been a shock to viewers, it appears Rycroft may have seen it coming.

?Last night didn?t go NEAR how I thought? I still can?t believe how you can?t give reasons other than ?It changed.?? You know as well as I do that you didn?t give 100 percent to me or the relationship. And I don?t understand how you can walk away form something without giving it your all,? she wrote in the e-mail dated Jan. 19. ?But I am walking away knowing I did.?

In her initial e-mail after the taping, it seems Rycroft already also had a good idea about Mesnick?s feelings for Malaney prior to Mesnick?s TV confession.

?And getting confirmation about Molly in front of people like that was a complete classless move if you ask me ? how could you do that to me after I repeatedly asked you about it? I?m not stupid, I knew about Molly? and you lied to me about it,? she wrote. ?I can?t even tell you how much respect I lost for you? but it makes this whole process from here on out much easier for me.?

In an interview with People following Monday?s finale, Mesnick insisted he had no choice in how the situation played out, claiming it was ?part of the deal? in his contract ? a sentiment echoed in his reply e-mail to Rycroft.

?The producers had a lot to do with it. I am so sorry. This is so horrible,? Mesnick wrote.

Yet, Rycroft didn?t seem to be buying her former fiance?s reasoning.

?You are a grown man and perfectly capable of making your own decisions,? she replied in a subsequent e-mail. ?Own your actions and stop blaming this process.?

In a later e-mail, dated Jan. 21, Mesnick answered Rycroft?s note, even going as far as to say he had suffered karmic retribution for calling off the engagement.

?You don?t deserve any of it at all. I wish there were more that I could say. I want to take all of your pain away and put it on me,? he replied. ?If you are talking about karma, I slipped and fell and had a huge gash in my leg 3 inches wide and to the bone. I deserve so much worse for what I am doing to you.?

And in the final e-mail uncovered by Access between the two, also dated Jan. 21, Rycroft harkened back to Mesnick being dumped by ?Bachelorette? DeAnna Pappas prior to his run as the ?Bachelor.?

?I do think it?s a little ironic that you kept telling me, ?Morally, how could I ever get back with DeAnna after what she did to me?? And I agree? just seems like a very similar situation with your new lady? Just a little irony I guess,? Rycroft wrote. ?Seeing the person that you became, you are right: a relationship between you and I would never work out? I?m not mad? I?m not hurt ? seeing how things were handled helped me get over things quickly.

?I do wish you both the best though. Take care,? Rycroft wrote.

Sandman, I completely panned past that last message because I don't want a spoiler for tonight's final "After the Rose Part 2."

Above that though, you mentioned your thoughts on Melissa and Molly.  I too used to think Molly had some bitch potential...but last night I truly felt like I was mistaken.  I think I confused her poise and confidence as bitch potential.  She's a classy chick.  Hell, her first thought after Jason laid the bombshell on her was, "What about Melissa?"  She's not a bitch, she was just truly in love with this guy...

...who made a poor choice with Melissa aka "red flag/showtime."  Melissa had red flags all over her.  She had been dumped repeatedly.  That doesn't just happen randomly to a person.  She has to take ownership of that.  There's something we're not seeing about her.  I truly feel she's emotionally immature and not ready for marriage let alone having a child.  She lacks self-confidence...a necessary trait in successful relationships.

I really believe Molly and Jason will last forever. (yes, I'm a hopeless romantic!)

I also feel Melissa was not honest about her relationship with her family.  I don't think it was as hunky-dory as she made it out to be.  If your daughter is thinking of getting married...I don't care what cameras are there, you BE THERE!  I really think the parents were probably like, "oh no, what is she doing...she's not ready to be married..." and that's probably why they didn't meet him face to face.

Then there was DeAnna who totally gave him bad advice.  I think he went with Melissa because she fit everything on paper.  She'd be a teacher, a natural with kids, vacation adventures in the summer, Dallas Cowboy cheerleader, etc.  But he had a flame for Molly that couldn't be extinguished.  I don't think he blindsided Melissa, the writing was on the wall.  She started referring to herself over and over in the 3rd person...Diva Alert!!!

Sorry to drone on and on...may I say again, I thought Jillian was by far the best.  I hope to hell Jillian's the next Bachelorette.  Jillian's fun, adventurous, and emotionally mature.  Melissa's a kid...borrrrrrring.

 peace
