I was listening to 14 years the other day from use your illusion 2 and noticed that the song is mainly about a bad relationship. The new album also is coming out, supposively 14 years in the making. I think the album is strongly influenced by axl's relationships with ex's and also ex bandmates. Do you think axl is making a saga type thing here waiting 14 years on purpose or just coincidence? BY the way I think the album is really good, and it is refreshing to hear axl's voice..

Just a coincidence.  But 14 years from Izzy's perspective is about his relationship with Axl, IMO.

I have something I want to do with Guns N' Roses...That can be a long career or it can be a short explosive career-as long as it gets out in a big way. - Axl Rose 7/6/86
