I don't think so, atleast it's not out there

There are some other songs from '89, demos that do have Adler on drums though

According to www.gnrontour.com Guns N' Roses first live performance of Perfect Crime was back in 1986, at the annual Halloween show at Ackerman Hall, UCLA, Los Angeles, CA. Gn'R opened for Dickies n' RHCP. There's a video recording of this.

It was performed a few times in 1986. No recording has surfaced so far. I would also be interested in hearing an '86 version of this song if it ever surfaces.
