Sippin' a drink and feelin' fine

« on: June 17, 2008, 11:15:48 PM »

I just picked up Live From the Jungle on vinyl with the Japanese lyric sheet for $5.50.  Actually, I got that and 2 other records for $5.50.  What is Live From the Jungle worth?

I just looked it up on GNR collectibles and I got about $110 worth of vinyl for about $17.  Not too shabby. lol

I thought the $60 I saw for Live From the Jungle was a little high, but still pleased with my pickup.  Thanks for the info!

The higher amounts are for better condition and for also having the much coveted OBI STRIP.  Even higher amounts will be for promo versions.  The more items the promo version has (the apology letter, the poster, etc.) the higher the price.  And even higher amounts for the cassette.  Here's 4 different examples:

The regular 12" record:

The promo 12" record:

The cd:

And, the rarest of all, the cassette:

That cassette is sweet.  I saw a Suicide cassette sell pretty cheap one time.  I totally should have made the purchase.

Don't know which version of the vinyl these things are.  I'll post some pics along with the other stuff I bought at some point.  I love ebay!
