Axl's brother Stuart supposedly did an interview with Axl probably in mid-'88 for a metal zine of some kind.? Has anybody ever seen that?

Nope, but if it is for a mag, how can you 'see' it.

I'm curious about this one.  Did Stuart interview Axl, or was he interviewed with Axl?  If he interviewed Axl, was it possibly Del James, who has interviewed Axl several times, including for RIP?  Did they make the cover?  Was it an American magazine?  Did you ever find it?  Ebay sells lots of old magaines featuring Axl Rose; I have been keeping an eye out, but no mid 1988 magazines featuring Axl to speak of.  If you have it or find it, would you please share with the rest of us?  Please, please, please?  Thanks!

Stuart had band in LA in the early 90's - Can't remember the name...........but it was so bad that even with Axl as his brother he could not get a record deal - this should have been easy

The demo tape was on eBay at one point last year, but I can't recall the name either.

I have heard he was in two different bands - Dr. Whiskey and the Assassins.  Someone in the mygnr forum saw them and thought they were pretty good, although she said he was no Axl.  On the other hand, if all male singers were required to have a soprano to bass vocal range there would only be Axl.  (Plus, I know how Stuart must feel.  There are those who have said I am pretty cute - but my older sister is gorgeous.  Hence, I grew up the smart one.)  I would imagine he can carry a tune pretty well considering he sang in his Dad's church as a child.

I would have bid on his demo, if anyone has one they are willing to sell, please send me a pm;-)  I read he was more of a southern rocker - I have a southern accent, I want to hear the southern rock!
