Some ideas for when you feel down:
1. Exercise-It really can help, esp something like jogging.
2. Listen to heavy doses of Nine Inch Nails.
3. Masturbation
4. Talk to family/friends
5. Go out to dinner (may involve #4)
When I'm
truly, truly depressed, I don't even see the point in masturbating. Maybe doctors should treat that as the instant where sadness officially becomes depression.
