Manhunt 2 NOT to be released on PS2 or Wii.

It seems Manhunt 2 will not be getting a release on systems from Sony and Nintendo due to the Ao (adults only) rating. This comes on the back of it being banned outright in the UK and also in the Republic of Ireland.

This news is all over the place at the minute, and that link is just an example of whats being said.

Personally I think it's bullshit that I should be told by cunts like Jack Thompson and Sony and Nintendo what I can and cannot play as far as games. Maybe now R* will start making games for PC first then maybe porting over to consoles later as it's far easier to get around such idiocy by selling the game online, maybe via a Steam type model.

while I agree with you... and steam is great... the non valve companies now distrubting over steam need to more fully intergrate steam into their products.... I love being able to just follow people into a server and not have to set up a secondary friends list for other games in that game.

I never really got a liking to manhunt.... so i could care less..... but as for platform providers saying noway... fuck em... put more of an onous back on the parents and on the retail locations to properly screen games
