So Can Some Body Explain What The "Concept" Of This New VR Album is?

I know Scott said it is a Concept Album, and that was confirmed I think alter by Duff. Year Zero... that is a concept album. I get it. This VR album (from what I have heard of it so far), ummm not so much. So can someone explain the concept because I'm not hearing it.
