All these items are definitely awesome.  But the true rarities are:

The vinyl which only lists 5 tracks but plays 6; this is not too rare itself but if you also have the apology letter from the company that came with it then you have a gem on your hands; that 6th track WAS supposed to be listed there

The cassette version
