You need to lower your bridge. As to how, depends on your guitar.

You need to lower your bridge. As to how, depends on your guitar.

Exactly.

Sometimes the stringheight also might be a result of a neck thats not straight.

Take it in to a shop. Chances are, you are not gonna be able to do that without changing the nut and adjusting the truss rod. Have a pro do it.

I have lowered the action on all my guitars. but of course you need a little bit of feel and knowledge on how to do so, of which I have none on 12-string acoustics.
