I can't remember who fought who cause i was only like 5 and 6 years old when that happened. Used to watch it every Friday night before Monster Jam and after gilligans island  ok

i'm not a big fan of wrestling but bam bam was a hero at least if this story is true

"Also in 2000, Bigelow heroically saved children from a burning home. (other accounts of this story say it was a forest fire or brush fire, but Bigelow himself described it as a burning house) Bigelow had been returning home from an ECW show in Japan and discovered a house on fire near his home. Hearing children screaming inside, he burst into the house and rescued three kids, burning 40% of his body with second degree burns in the process. He spent two months recovering in a hospital."

This is sad news.  Man, wrestlers sure dont have a very long lifespan these days.  I remember when Bam Bam wrestled Lawrence Taylor like it was yesterday.

That's very sad.  Must I be the one to mention the "S" word?  Steroids were and are huge in the professional wrestling biz.   Sad

Wrestlers do tend to die young. Eddie Guerrero died just over a year ago. Sad Wrestlers do use steroids often, but it's actually to help them recover from injuries much sooner than they should be able to. They suffer a lot of long term effects due to this practice. If they're big like Bigelow, it's only worse.

RIP Cry

I hate it when these old school wrestlers die.

He played a big role in the WWF's popularity in the late 80's.
