Its total BS.

The kid is almost as big as Tigger. I live about an hour from Disney & have spoken with some people who work there in costume. The out of state tourists are almost abusive. Pulling on their tails, being a nuisance. Lots of those costumes require you strap on a harness to hold it all in oplace and when some idiot pulls on a costume's tail the guy can find it hard to breathe.

When I was living in Florida 8 years ago ,I met a guy at Pleasure Island who said that he was a part time TIGGER. He was totally coming on to me, and when I rebuffed his advances he became quite abusive. If it was the same guy then it is possible he hit the kid. I haven't seen any of the video of the alleged incident but when I heard about it , I thought about that guy.
