Well, its been 11 days since I saw Gunners live for the first time in my life....
Being an Aussie living in the country and being 13 years old with no money probably explains why I missed the "Get in the ring" world tour in eastern creek, where I dreamed of being when they played.... OK... Enough whining... Since over the years I have followed the band waiting anxiously for any news of release dates, tour dates anything at all Guns n roses, I am still in awe I finally saw Axl Rose... The man himself.... ripping it up 15 meters away from me...
Words can never express the pins and needles, surreal feeling I experienced that night... Sunday 24th June. I met 2 fellow Gunners supporters, Andrew and Ricki, who were absolute legends from the word go... When the lights went out, and WTTJ intro started, we lost our minds... As did the people around us... I will never forget the intense stage prescence of Axl... The man is a God.... Everyone I talked to after the show were mesmerised. Sebastian Bach is a fucking genious. That dude got everyone pumped as for the main event. I have just downloaded 3 skid row songs after seeing him carve it up live the way he did. And will buy any future releases of his in an instant. Sebastian fucking rocks. I have supported Axl through everything, and now... I have saw it for my own eyes... I will never stop.

Enough raving... Thank you Guns N Roses for coming to Australia... I have never seen so many supporters come out to show their support for Axl. Even on the trip to sydney we saw Guns n Roses spray painted on the side of a shop!! I will never forget the incredible show the new band performed... Every one of them were tight as. Comments were all good for the new band. All in all, still am getting over the show, had a ball, cant wait for CD. THANKS AGAIN GN'R!!!!  peace ok beer

Cheers buddy beer I'll always remember my first time seeing GN'R, but to tell you the truth the show I saw last year was my favorite experience seeing them...or really anyone, it was the best show I've ever been to. New album or not, there's a big part of me just so happy to have the Guns back and touring because it's really a great time to be a fan with all the exitement.
