I don't know just what I should do...

Just to let you know GN'R came top of 100 greatest Superstars of Noise (I think that was the name). They played WTTJ.

If I recall correctly:

#1: GNR
#2: Nirvana
#3: Metallica
#4: Korn
#5: ...There may have been one I missed here but I think it was the Doors
#6: Queen came after the Doors

I know. I know. I had a cousin who was this diehard Nirvana fan, and I had to tell him the lifestory of most of the band one day, when he tried to "school" me.

"You know, it never ceases to amaze me, when you're up here, you look out over the crowd and you can always find these like, I don't know, they're usually in between 18-25 and they're these pot smokin' rock n' roll judgmental fuckheads. It ain't about me being cool, it ain't about you being cool, but I think what we're all doing here tonight is pretty fuckin' cool, don't you? So if you came here to be a critical judgmental fuck, you know, I guess that's you're problem if you wanna stand there like you're James Dean with a fuckin' cobb up your ass against the wall... that's cool. Seems to me you're wasting your own goddamn time though." - W. Axl Rose, April 9th, 1992, Chicago, IL, U.S.A.

Terrific Axl quote that one, I love that show. Always amazes me how Korn get near any top 100 list of anything.

Kerrang is so lame... theyve slagged off gnr for years and given them no credit whatsoever... gave they sucky tour reviews... but in the last few weeks they are suddenly paying the band respect based purely on their new record and the possibility of selling more issues with them on the cover.
