Swedish police report allegedly lists Axl as being BALD!

I am posting this in Dead Horse because Axl's hair has been discussed a lot of times and I don't want to be accused of trying to hog attention on the main forum. It's not "news" so much as it is hearsay.

I don't know if this is true but apparently when Axl was arrested in Sweden, they had to list a profile of him and it says in the police report that the suspect had a "shaved head," meaning the braids are fake. This is listed in a document along with a mug shot and other data on Axl - weight, height, etc. I didn't see any proof myself of this so it is UNVERIFIED  but someone I spoke to claims he saw the police report, he didn't say whether he worked for the police or not, but I thought it was worth posting. It was someone I met so I don't know if he was just bullshitting me, but he also went to see Axl perform in Sweden and I can't imagine him having a reason to lie.

Yeah, I almost didn't post this but figured there's enough rumor discussion already at least this one is a bit different.  I've heard he has hair plugs (likely true - he was clearly receding in the late 90s mug shot) but being bald?! That's pretty "out there."
