Following Axl Rose's gnawing incident in June, Guns 'N Roses are more than ready to take a bite out of the U.S. Saturday night, the band launch a short jaunt through California and Nevada at Las Vegas' the Joint. The tour will run through early October, concluding at the ipayOne center in San Diego. Welcome to the jungle, indeed. Then at the end of October, the band takes on the East Coast.

Chinese Democracy will be released on Tuesday.

Agreed.  This thread is quite pointless... All this information can already be found on the home page of this site...  What's with all the negative karma talk, Choking Soul?  That seemed a bit uncalled for since slashisvr pointed out the truth... Don't really think your joke with the CD release was called for either...

The information posted was previously known, nothing new.  I can make new threads all day of previously known information, but that doesn't accomplish a thing.  It just floods the board with pointless threads.  Just because an article was written on some on-line magazine doesn't mean a person should make a thread of that, good press or not.  What is the purpose of this thread?  What are we supposed to talk about in this thread now???  Oh, and sorry if my typing in bold offends you.  I should respect the fact that some people are more sensitive than others.

Thanks man. I like to keep up on GN'R related press. Pitchfork is notoriously negative so it is nice to see they aren't trashing the band. I only posted this cause I had hoped someone might like to know that many popular blogs are watching from a distance. I have seen similar posts on Drowned in Sound and The Modern Age blogs as well. If people start posts about the lastest Blabbermouth updates, certainly these are acceptable.

The fact that it was an article and not just some random moron posting on a forum does make it more important. It shows that people are aware that GNR are touring. Which is what I like and want to see.
Your bold typing doesn't offend me, when did I say that? Don't try twisting my words, your not good at it. I mearly said it was pointless. Which it is. The only point would be that it gets seen easier in bold, so what, your an attention seeker?
