Here is the shit pasted ( so as to not waste time). Vess...why does that name sound familiar?

I was listenign to 91X this morning (who for some reason discontinued temporarily giving away tickets for the sand iego show) and Jason from Louis the 14th was there. He apparently met and talked to Axl a few days ago in LA. Here's how it happened:
Jason and Brandon (from the Killers) are friends. So Killers are doing a secret show at the Troubadur club in LA the other day and invite Loius the 14 to open for them. After the show the Killers are invited to a an Axl Rose party somewhere and Jason goes with them. It's $300 to enter the party but it's free for members of the Killers. The dude presents himslef as a Killers member and goes for free. He later gets to chat with Axl and here are some things:
1) Axl said CD is still coming out this year (2006!!)
2) Axl still has the corn rolls
3) Tommy is freinds with Louis the 14 producer and will appear on their future album
4) They apparently discussed about Bucket but the Dj interupted him at that point and switched to another topic
5) He said Axl's appearance was awful - very poor dressing and grooming style.....LOL
6) He has taken a picture with Axl which later emailed to the 91X DJ...the subject said "you know where you are..." lol. I know the DJ so I'll ask him if he could share it......

Maybe he was wearing an American Football/Hockey Jersey again. Oh well, who cares what he looks like as long as the musics on its way!  Grin

It is not made up.
I agree there's basically no new news (except for the Tommy part if anyone cares) in this but at least it is dispelling alot of rumors....possibly.

that has happened in the early am hours of Aug 26th 4am-5am....just reporting what i heard on the radio today, please, don't hold me responsible for it.

It's probably all true, but we just have to hope that Axl sticks with 2006 as the year of the release.  All these stories about meeting Axl and what he says may all be true, it's just that Axl probably changes his mind 10 times a day.

I find those comments funny.
2) Axl still has the corn rolls
4) They apparently discussed about Bucket but the Dj interupted him at that point and switched to another topic
5) He said Axl's appearance was awful - very poor dressing and grooming style....

Just in case,  leatherebel,  No way I doubt your credibility.
I'm just saying this Jason guy must be following the threads of fan forums. hihi

Please upload the pic whan you can, Ta!

Well, what is funny, is that tickets cannot be purchased for this show on Ticketmaster.  That is strange, considering that they quit giving away tickets today???

Sorry....it's a combination of my poor English and that fact I was rushing.....Jason Hill said Axl still has his hair braided (as of Aug 26) and he looked like a rapper.
Regarding Bucket, he said he talked to Axl about Bucket and was about to go into details when teh DJ interupted him with another question. And regarding Axl's appearance he basically made fun of it. He said AFD sold 40-50 million copies, so Axl must have enough money to take better care of himself. He also implied Axl hadn't shaved recently, etc... If you don't beleive me they discussed Axl on that show, here is a mention:
http://www.91x.com/inthemorning.html
although it says Brian Karscig from that band was there and I can swear it was Jason Hill. They were saying Jason all the time.

I noticed the Ticketmaster thing also. It is weird only the San Diego show is suddenly shut down for ticket sales and yesterday they were still selling floor. Hope it's temporary.

It's GA floor, so they will sell floor tickets at $75.00 until the floor is going into the streets.  When looking at the sales, the better guage is the mid-range $47.50 tickets.  If one is getting those anywhere, except for right next to the stage, then tickets are real slow.  That was not the case, at least when I looked around a few days ago.  But, you never know, they can disguise with results, how a show is selling.   I wonder, if they are getting ready to announce an opening band, and it's down for maintenance.  Who knows.  Something is going on.

Not all musicians can be hyped by magazines like NME, groomed by Toni & Guy and dressed by H&M a full year before they've even made a record like The Killers were. Then  again, some people made rock music on their own before it was consumed into a machine by record lables who could sucker people into buying shite like The Killers like they could sucker people into buying shite like Paris Hilton. Rock N' Roll.

Haven't  I said I don't doubt your honesty?

And No, it's not your writing. well prolly my poor writing that made you think so..

What I thought funny is that the show/ interview answers most of the questions discussed in the forums these few days. Don't you think so?

I for one am glad that he still had the braids.  peace
