ive just spent a hundred bucks today and didn't even leave the house yet.the holiday didn't start till i spent the money.so there you go.how much will you spend before it's over LOL '
holidays like this can cost so much even when not going on vacations.how do you rate the money you will spend over this weekend ?

I dn't really have money for holidays, so i buy little pleasureable things here and there.
Holidays is something i haven't had in 6 years now.
I probably won't have any this year either.

The only thing I do on the 4th is have a cook-out to end all cook-outs. Some super nice steaks, shrimp and burgers on the grill and the beer fridge in the garage fully stocked with all kinds of beer. All my old work friends usually come over and we end up getting drunk and playing Punch-Out! on arcade and pool till like 2 in the morning. I hate traveling to any tourist destinations on major holidays because it devalues it. Nothing worse than waiting in line for 10 hours for a single ride at Hershey Park and then waiting 3 hours in traffic to clear out.

yeah theres a festival across the street from my house and I took my kids there and they want $5.00 to play just one carnival game and rides are like $3.00 a ride, what a ripoff man.

well in last two months i have cleared myself out of nearly ?5000 what with my break up, GNR and new car and shit so i have done really well i need to do some serious saving just after ive spent a little more first ?  edit: ah fuck i just realised this is a yanks thread sorry to intrude  |

i used my vacation money in january.... on a Bass rigg! Gallien Krueger 700RBII and 4x10 and 1X15 Trace Elliot baby!
and my tax returns goes for my dentist bill's... and then i take up a car loan (with a little extra) and buy myself a car and bass.... haha... thats my summer.. oh, yay!

I've only spent $15 (american) so far, fireworks hehe. But the damned county fair is going on and I'll probably eat enough food to gain 30 lbs, and I'll spend alot of money on the junk I don't really need. And I'll probably buy some more fireworks!
