I wasn't ex[ecting new music really.. I don't even think teh album is done ,so I doubt they have much to play really.. New gnr has tracks that have been done and songs they know are on the album, I think for vr it's not that way yet.. They need to just get out play a little and get the album out for the real touring..

The Monster House soundtrack will be released by the time of the shows, so maybe IF the song is any good they'll play that.

If they don't play any new material (and it doesn't look likely) I at least hope they do some new covers.

Playing at least one new song would make me believe that the album will come out this year.

BTW they said that the Contraband follow-up would come out in late 2005. We're in mid-2006 and don't have the slightest idea if they even started the recordings. They're still debating who should prdouce the songs.  Undecided

i don't see any reason to assume that it won't be coming out this year, seeing how the band is still together.

at any case, i'm sure we don't have a wait of Chi Dem proportions ahead.

Konocti Harbor is north of San Francisco, so...pretty far.

Paso Robles should only be 3 or 4 hours away though.
