There IS an unedited version out there.Apparently the quality isn't as good as the censored version though.

There is a 'mix' of the MTV ritz censored Video with the Bootlegged uncensored Audio. The audio is from the same source as the edited version so the quality is very good.

Later bootlegs on Ebay have a option on the DVD to choose which audio source to use... Don't know who made them.

There is a complete uncut version, some extra footage too, but the quality is worse, there is also the footage of the good quality cut version sunched with the uncut audio which is cool

NOTES: This is the complete, uncensored version of the famous Ritz '88 concert. The picture quality is not nearly as good as the edited version, but this version contains almost 10 minutes of exclusive, additional footage, including the song "Mama Kin", and a few Axl rants (plus the complete Slash rant introducing "Nightrain"!).
This one was a bitch to sync. The "Silver Bullet" CD bootleg audio track was edited all over the place (almost 7 minutes of audio missing!) so I tried to do my best to keep it as in sync as possible, and it was a very lengthy process, but there are a few instances where there's a (very) slight delay. I was concerned about that so I added the original VHS sound as a "backup" audio track. I cleaned it up and it actually doesn't sound bad at all. You can even hear guitars a lot more better than on the CD track.
The CD track was also a lot faster than the VHS sound so I had to reduce its speed (by about 2%), and I patched the missing parts using the VHS sound. Either way, you can switch between tracks using the AUDIO button of your DVD player remote.
I hope you enjoy this excellent GN'R concert in its complete version. It was authored by me (Will) with files provided by Limulus.

I have 2 versions.

Version 1 was aired on Televsion and shows about 5 songs and no bad language. I taped this and the quality is broadcast qulity. It was not taped off of MTV is was taped from BBC Televsion.

Some years later i picked up a VHS tape from a sale at a boot lot and while the cover showed a photo of Axl i had no idea what show it was until i got home. As it turned out it was the same show i had recorded, only it included about 2 or 3 more songs and the picture quality was not so good (maybe because it had been take from other video tapes) and i canot remember what the situation was with the bad language (will go check that out as soon as i find the tape).

Going back to the Ritz show shown on BBC television, i noticed something weird. I got the impression that the song It's so Easy had been adited to remove the bad language. Axl sings it's so easy, it's so easy rather than it's so easy, so fucking easy. And they appear to show a section of video footage twice (not that it is obvious) it looks like Axl checking out a plaster on his finger (or something like that).

The version I have is the MTV aired version which is missing Mama Kin but it was also mixed with a second audio source so that some of the language is uncensored and some is censored, it is very good video and audio quality.  I haven't seen the full uncut version but I hear the video quality is pretty bad so I never bothered to download it.
