According to Rolling Stone (eddie vedder cover)  GNR still had tickets avail for the May 12th show

 they sold out every show because i know some that tried to get tickets and were not able to after a few minutes.

IT was indeed sold out! if you were therew and saw all the people lookin gto buy tix from scalpers and scalpers that were there, oh yeah it was way sold out!

yes, it was definatly sold out. the lineup for the 12th was 12 blocks back, i was like 3 seconds from the door  peace

It sold out but like every other concert once everything is set up ticketmaster has drops the day of the show.
