Just found this at the velvet revolver forum. Dont know if its been reported here.

Looks like some mor issues are put to one side for now!!

This is what was on the Court's website.

05/22/2006 Order of Dismissal (WITHOUT PREJUDICE AS TO THE ENTIRE ACTION (SEE MINUTES DATED: 5/22/06) NOTICE IS WAIVED.)
Filed by Court

Without seeing the Order to Show Cause that was filed (and to be heard before the Court on May 22, 2006) I can't say what the motion was for.  BUT, I can say that the fact that the action was dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE means that the matter can be refiled and/or restored to the Court's calendar.
