It is kinda odd that we havent heard anything in a while including through the whole Axl press release thing, and he has also been missing from several recent outings other band mates have attended. May be nothing though. I mean how long was it we didn't hear from Axl.

Slash will not be with GN'R on tour or on the new album? WOW! Now THAT is a shock! Has anyone actually believed any of these rumors in the first place? Come on people. Wake up and smell the Jack n' Coke. (or the coffee) Thats exactly what I was about to say. Get a fucking grip, people.

yes it is. The article clearly says Perla's incessant meddling in the business affairs caused the divide between slash and Axl twice. Is the sourse trying to blame everything on slashs wife? And Slash as well? How manly.

Now we have 2 bands, Sepultura and Soulfly neither band matching up to the original power of the original Sepultura line up. Damn shame

I think this GN'R is THE STRONGEST of all and is proving itself so Wow, I can't tell you how much I agree! When it's all said and done I think alot of people are gonna eat their words about this (new) band. The final version of "Better" alone will probably make a believer out of many, many people.

Ok, I have to disagree with the 2 previous post. Don't get me wrong, the new songs are good. However, it fails in comparsion to the old stuff. The old GNR had great chemistry. This is yet to be seen with this new incarnation of Guns. No one knows who is in the band. Until May 12th, I think all judgments should be held off. In addition, IF Slash were to appear with Axl it would be one of the GREATEST rock moments of all-time!

And if he doesn't, well life goes on. I can't wait to see Axl n Co. in such a small venue.

Well I meant it was said twice in the article. @ draguns Nevermind. You are gonna eat your words, like russtcb said. If not, it's just a matter of taste. I can already hear the great chemistry of the band in the new songs like better. I take them over the most of the old ones. No one knows who is in the band. Some reactionary elements may still keep using their delusion but most of us know who are in the band. Only who is doing BH's part remains a mystery but any realist would know the place is not for Slash. Slash is no BH.
