I wanted to ask how many are festivals and how many is it just say new guns and an opening act??  The way they would tour the states, like mixmaster cky then the main event..   The festivals, how many other groups are playing the same night or day as gnr, and how many songs will this allow axl to play...?

Bullet For My Valentine will be the opening act for both shows at Hartwall Areena.

Oh, and the venue holds about 12000 people for concerts.

05.07.2006 Helsingfors, Hartwall Areena, Finnland
06.07.2006 Helsingfors, Hartwall Areena, Finnland

Better fix them to a more universal language...  Shocked

Then again, a mixture of Swedish and German is... at least international...  Grin

That's "Helsinki" and "Finland"

The name of the venue is 100 % correct.  ok

It's cool that the one in my home country that I'm going to (ireland) is his first full concert on his return. Rock In Rio, though, will have a full set because it's on all day over a few days so there should be enough time for a full set. The likes of Donington will probably have a much shorter set. I'm not sure about the other ones though.

I wonder if it'll be like a vmas setlist, not in terms of an 8 minute medley but open with jungle play a new tune or two then close with PC?  How many songs do you get at a typical festival?

they basically played the same setlist in leeds and pukkelpop last year as they played at the north america tour, so i`m positive that we`ll get a great set......i guess two hours long...

and don`t you remember rio 2001?

The headliners usually get to play a normal set.

I never watched those show, I own rio and went to msg... other then that I never bothered.. I'm not some boot collector.. I'll watch a youtbe of a song but I am not sitting around downloading all day.. Ok so if you headline a festival you get 2 hours.. I knew how rio was already ,I just thought they were sharing the stage with many other bands in other countries..
