His new album that he did with Rick Rubin is fantastic.  Most of it is him and an acoustic guitar.  I am not a huge fan but this cd is in my rotation.

when i was 8 years old, my dad used to show me that movie.. (i forget what its called)!

anyway, he writes some good lyrics.  Cheesy

"Cracklin' Rosie" rocks.  So does "I Am, I Said" (... to no one there!).  Also, "America" is a very goofy song (unintentionally) that makes me laugh at how ridiculous it is but gets your foot tapping at the same time ("... my country 'tis of thee... TODAY!!").  Great stuff.

Another thing that cracks me up is that he has several Christmas albums.
