Man, I seriously fucking disagree with that statement. Kids that young and perhaps younger may not specifically be thinking about intercourse but they are burdened and full of questions about their body, its many functions, or more specifically their genitals. If you see little kids playing together naked, its just curiousity, like "Johnny has a wee wee" "Susie doesnt"
Alot of research has pointed out the more a parent scolds their child at a young and impressionable age for playing with themself, the more likely they are to suffer from sexual inadequicy, depression, homosexual hostility, ect in the future.
